First Time Homebuyers
The first time homebuyer’s course was created to assist
individuals and families on the purchase process of Homeownership.
This course teaches the six phases of homeownership.

The Consumer
2. The Attorney
3. The Lender
4. The Realtor
5. The Home Inspector
6. The Home Insurance Agent
Each
Course also has a segment on Credit and Budgeting.
The course is a ten our class and is in compliance with the HUD,
Fannie Mae guidelines. Each participant will receive a certificate
of completion. |
